The Juan de Fuca Performing Arts Centre Society is a registered charity with a mission to build a regional arts centre in the rapidly growing West Shore of Greater Victoria. The vision of the centre includes a regional theatre, spaces for music, dance, drama, fine arts, communications, and more - a creative hub in the West Shore.
This work fills an important gap in the West Shore’s cultural planning capacity. The Society is building on a legacy of work by community organizations and activists over nearly two decades, and today works collaboratively with all six west shore municipalities, and a broad range of allied arts and community groups, as well as social enterprise and commercial partners.
